See the Design Before Spending Tokens
Uploading and previewing are free. Once the design is ready, inspect it in the interactive 3D viewer. If it meets your needs, use tokens to download it. If it does not, reject it without a design charge.
That gives your lab or practice a practical way to try AI design on your own cases and decide which results you want to use.

Set Up Your Case Like a Prescription
Start by uploading a 3Shape order ZIP or a ZIP containing your upper and lower STL scans. NeuroDesign identifies the scan files and skips supporting items such as images, and PDFs.
Next, select the teeth or arch on an anatomical tooth chart using Universal numbering. Choose the design type and enter the relevant preferences. For night guards, your design preferences are passed directly to the design engine.

There is no software to install, no subscription, and no per-seat license to use NeuroDesign.

NeuroDesign uses tokens purchased through the Alien Milling App Store. Tokens are deducted when you download a design, with pricing based on the design type and number of units.

Purchased designs appear in a searchable history and can be downloaded again at no additional charge for 30 days. The case list shows the teeth or arch, helping your team find previous work.
